Finding the right project at the right price is key.
We continuously research and look for new projects. Before buying we do have a period where we do our due-diligence with our engineer, arquitect and lawyers.
CONCEPT
PROJECT
Each project is approached completely afresh in order to achieve the best results depending on the business and area.
Designs and plans are presented to the local authorities in order to achieve the necessary licences.
DEVELOPMENT
CONSTRUCTION
At En Ville we have our own construction company and in-house professionals. Depending on the size of the project some tasks are outsourced although we always have a hands-on approach in order to keep construction cost under control.
DECORATION
INTERIOR DESIGN
At En Ville we source, buy and decorate our properties. We also design and manufacture some of our own furniture. The final touches on a property are key in order to successfully sell or rent.
